Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a team of late-stage collections associates, the full-time Collections Supervisor will oversee customer interactions related to an auto loan portfolio, ensuring team objectives are met while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the late-stage collections team, focusing on customer contact and minimal skip-tracing
• Ensure achievement of team objectives and administer corrective actions as necessary
• Handle escalated customer loan issues and provide training to new hires on company procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in auto loan management or a call center environment
• Prior team management experience in auto loan portfolio collections
• Previous experience in collections, preferably with consumer loans/debt
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese and English is preferred
• Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements is preferred
