Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a high-performance Collections team, the full-time remote Collections Sr. Supervisor will coach and motivate specialists to maximize recoveries while ensuring compliance with collection laws and maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and deliver feedback to drive continuous improvement within the team
• Conduct interviews and training for new hires to enhance team efficiency and production
• Manage escalations and sensitive account issues while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collections, loss mitigation, and financial recovery environments
• 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience leading high-performance teams
• Strong understanding of relevant state and federal collection laws and compliance regulations (e.g., FDCPA, TCPA)
• Excellent knowledge of end-to-end collections and asset recovery protocols
• Ability to assess performance data and translate analytics into effective recovery tactics
