Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a high-performance team, the full-time remote Collections Sr. Supervisor will oversee a Collections team, coach specialists, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to collection laws while maximizing recoveries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and agent metrics to provide feedback and drive team performance improvements
• Conduct interviews and training for new hires, focusing on collections best practices
• Manage escalations and sensitive account issues while supporting the team through collections processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in collections, loss mitigation, and financial recovery environments
• 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience leading high-performance teams
• Strong understanding of relevant state and federal collection laws and compliance regulations
• Excellent knowledge of end-to-end collections and asset recovery protocols
• Ability to assess performance data and translate analytics into effective recovery tactics
