Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing collections team, the mostly remote Collections Supervisor will manage a portfolio of complex client accounts, coach team members, and drive process improvements while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the collections team and manage client account portfolios
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and regular feedback
• Serve as the escalation point for complex collections issues and partner with internal stakeholders to improve cash collections

Required qualifications

• Previous collections leadership experience
• Direct people management experience, including coaching and performance reviews
• Experience managing escalated collections matters and resolving complex client issues
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience in process improvement or operational transformation preferred
