Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Collections Supervisor will manage agent development, train team members on effective collection methods, and provide exceptional customer experiences while working within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee agent growth and development, providing timely feedback and direction
• Train team members on customer interaction and collection techniques
• Handle escalated customer situations and ensure service levels meet expectations

Required qualifications

• Experience in collections is mandatory
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• General knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act
• Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively
