Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Supervisor for their remote operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of collections associates focused on early stage collections on auto loan portfolio
• Handle escalated customer loan issues and provide guidance on resolution
• Provide training to new hire staff and update training documents

Required Qualifications:

• Prior management experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Previous experience working in collections, preferably consumer loans/debt
• Bilingual, fluent in Portuguese and English, preferred
• Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements preferred
