Collections Supervisor, UT

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Collections Supervisor will manage agent development and performance, train team members on effective customer interaction and collection methods, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT.

Key responsibilities

• Train and mentor team members to achieve performance goals and provide constructive feedback
• Manage account details and agent performance documentation while handling escalated customer situations
• Set monthly goals for the team and communicate action plans with management

Required qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel functions and formulas
• General knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others effectively
• Must be available to work the shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
