Collections Supervisor, UT

Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time Collections Supervisor will manage a remote team within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT, focusing on agent development, training, and performance management while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Train team members on effective customer interaction and collection methods
• Motivate and mentor team members to achieve performance goals
• Manage account details and provide timely feedback on team performance

Required qualifications

• Experience in collections is required
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• General knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act
• Availability to work the shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
