Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Support 2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to negotiate payment and resolve delinquent accounts
  • Manage delinquencies and apply collection tools to minimize bad debt
  • Conduct credit line reviews and respond to customer inquiries
