Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Support Analyst - Group Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Support Receivable and Suspense Management for assigned customers
Resolve Billing Related Customer inquiries through coordination with stakeholders
Assist with internal projects and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Complex Billing, A/R Reconciliation, and/or Collections
Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
Experience with financial issue resolution and client interaction
Prior experience in Medical/Insurance Billing preferred
Familiarity with payment allocation software such as Salesforce and FIS
