Collections Support Recovery Agent

Job Summary

Managing delinquent accounts, the full-time Collections Support Recovery Agent will communicate with customers to negotiate payments, resolve account issues, and utilize various systems and tools to achieve collection goals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate payments and resolve delinquent account balances
• Utilize skip tracing resources and multiple systems to reach decision makers and manage various portfolios
• Document accounts appropriately and participate in special projects as required

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• At least one year of customer support experience in the transportation industry
• Basic knowledge of accounting and skip tracing
• Proficient in using Google Sheets and other computer applications
• Ability to pass a successful background investigation
