Key Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent accounts and communicate with customers to influence timely payment
• Educate customers on account terms and alternative payment methods while de-escalating conflicts
• Utilize skip tracing tools and collection strategies to minimize bad debt exposure and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with foundational accounting knowledge
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Access
• Proficiency in skip tracing practices
• Self-driven and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Ability to adapt to change and maintain strict confidentiality
