Collections Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Support 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact past due customers to negotiate payment arrangements and assess risk
• Apply industry knowledge and departmental policies to make collection decisions
• Participate in additional duties and special projects as required

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of FDCPA and applicable Federal laws
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 1-2 years of equivalent work experience
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Enthusiasm for automation and emerging technologies
• Must pass a successful background investigation
