Collections Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Team Lead to oversee collections operations and manage team performance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform call overflow and client relations follow-up, and handle delinquency calls to prevent foreclosure
• Assist with daily team meetings and respond to agent questions while monitoring call quality
• Handle escalated calls and manage tasks related to collections and loss mitigation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years of collections, loss mitigation, or mortgage/real estate experience required
• 2 years of telephonic customer contact experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal regulations and the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act
• Ability to learn collection methods and use a dialer system for calls
