Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the renewal lifecycle for approximately 85 accounts, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing financial attrition
  • Negotiate multi-year contracts and secure favorable terms for clients
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities, including additional products and user licenses


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales, renewals, or high-volume account management
  • Ability to manage a large volume of tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with SaaS contracting and negotiation
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and data integrity
