Collective Impact Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collective Impact Specialist to support the implementation of cross-sector initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for economically disadvantaged children, youth, and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the strategic plan across various focus areas
• Engage and maintain relationships with cross-sector partners and promote collaboration
• Coordinate workgroups and initiatives to ensure focused, outcome-driven efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, education, human services, social work, or related field (master's preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in community engagement, coalition building, or membership services
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups and drive action across diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with data to inform strategy and decision-making
• Familiarity with collective impact principles and trauma-informed approaches preferred
