Job Summary

A company is looking for a College Access Coach to support high school students in their college journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to student text messages within 24 hours and check the messaging platform daily
• Provide engaging support and resources to students regarding college applications and related challenges
• Conduct monthly check-in calls and track communication with students using a data platform

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Current undergraduate student or recent graduate within the past 1-2 years
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to build rapport virtually
• Time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms
• Commitment to the position for the full school year (August 2026 through August 2027)
