College Admissions Coach

Job Summary

Guiding students and families through the college admissions process, the full-time remote Student Success Coach will provide individualized coaching, strategic admissions planning, and collaborative support to help students build competitive profiles for highly selective universities.

Key responsibilities

• Guide students and families through academic planning, extracurricular development, and application timelines
• Advise on strategic positioning of student stories and achievements across UC and Common App applications
• Monitor student progress and intervene strategically to ensure timely completion of admissions milestones

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of college admissions coaching, counseling, or mentoring experience
• Deep familiarity with UC and CSU admissions systems, including PIQs
• Strong understanding of Top 100 U.S. universities and their admissions strategies
• Comfortable leading virtual meetings and delivering feedback effectively
• Proficient with digital tools such as Zoom, Google Drive, and Slack
