Key responsibilities:
- Develop narrative strategies by identifying structural gaps and clich s in student essays
- Create personalized video feedback for each essay, explaining edits with empathy and authority
- Manage a high-volume queue of essays, ensuring quick yet quality decisions on submission readiness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Writing, Communications, Education, or Humanities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions editing, familiar with UC PIQs and Common App essays
