Job Summary

Guiding families through the college journey, the full-time remote College Counselor will manage relationships, monitor student progress, and tailor support to ensure student success while contributing to the growth of a mission-driven startup.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted guide for families, providing support from onboarding through key milestones
• Monitor family engagement and student progress, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring accountability
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance the student's journey

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or as a college counselor/consultant
• Strong understanding of holistic college admissions and competitive positioning
• Proven ability to manage multiple students/families simultaneously while staying organized
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate family dynamics confidently
• Passion for student growth and long-term impact
