College Licensing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, College to support the growth and operations of its college group licensing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational processes for the college licensing program, including roster updates and data management
• Serve as the primary contact for university partners, addressing inquiries and preparing presentations to strengthen relationships
• Act as a liaison between the company and technology platforms to support the College NIL program and troubleshoot related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in college athletics, sports licensing, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage operational workflows with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with external partners or vendors in a professional setting
• Comfort with systems such as CRMs, licensing platforms, and project management tools
