Job Summary
To support college and university students in their spiritual journeys, the part-time College Staff Associate will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and direct ministry efforts while building relationships and fostering community in Kalamazoo.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead spiritual development initiatives and assist in fostering a prayerful community
- Recruit, train, and empower college-aged leaders to engage in ministry activities
- Plan and implement outreach events and maintain relationships with donors and community members
Required qualifications:
- A vital, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- A four-year college degree prior to start date
- Proven relational and communication skills with both students and adults
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Prior involvement in a college ministry preferred
