Job Summary

A company is looking for a College Success Coach to support fellow college students in their academic journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to student text messages and provide timely support and resources
• Develop rapport with students and conduct monthly check-in calls to assist with college access
• Attend weekly supervision meetings and complete required training modules

Required Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate student or recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years)
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using various technology platforms for communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
• Commitment to the position for the full school year (August 2026 through August 2027)
