Job Summary

Serving as the technical anchor for the Data Governance platform, the remote contract Collibra System Administrator will manage day-to-day technical issues, administer the Collibra platform, and ensure seamless data connectivity while collaborating with internal teams and vendor support.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues within the Collibra platform, including user access and workflow failures
  • Build and maintain JDBC driver connections for integrating diverse data sources with the Collibra Data Catalog
  • Coordinate with vendor support and internal DevOps teams for platform upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise System Administration, Application Support, or Technical Operations
  • 3+ years of experience specifically as a Collibra system administrator
  • Proven experience troubleshooting complex, multi-tiered enterprise software applications
  • Experience configuring JDBC/ODBC drivers and understanding database connectivity protocols
  • Strong experience coordinating with software vendors for advanced support and ticket resolution
