Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collision Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and customer rights
• Complete initial and final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
• Manage repair processes and ensure quality standards through in-process quality control

Required Qualifications

• Experience with customer service
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of insurance partner interactions preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems, preferably CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex
