Key Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and safety
• Complete initial and final estimates after thorough damage evaluation and manage repairs to meet quality standards
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and handle necessary paperwork

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Familiarity with insurance processes preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of estimating systems, with CCC One preferred
