Job Summary

A company is looking for a LUXE Collision Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and safety
• Complete initial and final estimates after thorough damage evaluation
• Manage the repair process and ensure quality standards through in-process quality control

Required Qualifications

• Experience with customer service
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Familiarity with insurance processes preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of estimating systems, particularly CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex
