Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in collision repair, RV outfitting, or automotive customization
• Strong knowledge of RV construction, collision repair techniques, and materials
• Proficiency in estimating software and remote collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
