Job Summary

Leading credit analysis for financial entities in Colombia, the full-time remote Colombia Licensed Credit Analyst Director will mentor junior analysts, conduct quantitative assessments, and present credit evaluations in analytical meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead credit analysis for new and existing financial entity issuers, ensuring analytical excellence within the team
• Conduct quantitative assessments of financial documents and market data, providing timely recommendations for rating transitions
• Produce high-quality research on issuers and credit trends, while managing relationships with investors and issuers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, engineering, business administration, statistics, or actuarial science; graduate degree preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial entities, particularly in banking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts and experience implementing AI solutions in financial analysis
