Job Summary

Serving as the main point of contact for families and clients, the full-time Colorado Admissions Coordinator will manage the entire admission process, including screening applicants, coordinating financial arrangements, and maintaining communication with both clients and the admissions team, all while working remotely from Colorado.

Key responsibilities
  • Screen applicants and articulate program requirements to families and clients
  • Coordinate financial arrangements and verify benefits for treatment admissions
  • Maintain communication with admissions leadership and facilitate pre-admission assessments
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
  • Experience in the substance abuse or mental health field preferred
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
