Job Summary

To support a growing medical services team, a part-time or full-time Colorado and Arizona Licensed Developmental Pediatrician will provide direct patient care via telehealth, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance integrated care for children with autism and related developmental conditions.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide direct medical care through comprehensive developmental and behavioral assessments and follow-up visits for patients with existing autism diagnoses
  • Collaborate closely with Soar's clinical teams to support and implement integrated care plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary patient visits, addressing patient needs holistically alongside BCBAs, parents/caregivers, and other clinicians
Required qualifications
  • Board Certification in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics
  • Graduate degree as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and completed fellowship in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics
  • Active medical license in Colorado and Arizona (or ability to obtain)
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with autism and their families
  • Willingness and eligibility to obtain medical licensure in additional states as Soar expands
