Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits and HRIS Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries
  • Lead open enrollment efforts and maintain accurate benefits data in the HRIS
  • Evaluate benefit plan performance and lead the transition to a self-funded medical plan
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in benefits administration and HRIS management
  • Experience supporting or leading transitions from fully insured to self-funded health plans
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits platforms
