Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits and HRIS Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries
- Lead open enrollment efforts and maintain accurate benefits data in the HRIS
- Evaluate benefit plan performance and lead the transition to a self-funded medical plan
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in benefits administration and HRIS management
- Experience supporting or leading transitions from fully insured to self-funded health plans
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits platforms
