Colorado Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Colorado Business Analyst will elicit and gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage project scope while collaborating with business units and development teams to implement effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discussions and workshops to gather user and business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
• Manage project scope and communicate systems requirements to ensure timely project completion

Required qualifications

• Six years of progressive professional experience in business analysis or related fields
• Experience with the Colorado DRIVES application in a State or County position, technical support role, or as a trainer
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Two years of experience in business analysis, with at least one year involving the Colorado DRIVES application
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in requirements elicitation and testing enterprise applications
