Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive revenue growth across new business, customer expansion, and overall top-line targets
- Build and optimize a predictable, high-quality pipeline that improves conversion and sales efficiency
- Recruit, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams, fostering accountability and results
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive B2B SaaS revenue leadership, including CRO or VP of Sales experience
- Proven success building and scaling outbound pipeline engines and improving funnel conversion
- Experience in PE-backed SaaS or growth-focused companies with board-level reporting experience
- Expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enterprise selling
- Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
