Job Summary

Supporting the Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program, the full-time hybrid Communications Clerk will manage communication tasks for program operations, including handling inquiries via call center, email, and document processing.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of LEAP and assist applicants with eligibility criteria and inquiries
  • Track and report daily task outcomes, maintaining accurate records of productivity and performance metrics
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and Human Services agencies
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of two years of customer service, clerical, or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in computer use and ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid Colorado State driver license
