Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative who will serve as the first connection between the organization and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service and establish professional connections with patients through various communication channels
  • Identify and resolve patient requests, including scheduling, billing inquiries, and medical requests
  • Document essential information in the electronic medical record (EMR) and coordinate with clinical care teams for seamless patient solutions
Required Qualifications
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a call center environment
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and self-motivation
  • Professional interaction with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred
