Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Colorado Customer Service Representative for the Vehicle Services unit, who will provide guidance on title and registration inquiries, analyze application documents for compliance, and ensure accurate processing of customer accounts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Offer knowledge and guidance to the public regarding title and registration questions via phone, online chat, or written communication
  • Analyze and evaluate application documents for compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Ensure proper processing and modification of applications and issuance of titles while maintaining a high volume of customer interactions
Required qualifications:
  • Two years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Contact Center work
  • Experience with data entry and utilizing software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to handle a large volume of calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a regulatory customer service role is preferred
  • Must be a resident of Colorado at the time of application
