Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Experience Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and implementation of customer experience efforts and manage DMV's e-services ecosystem
  • Develop and execute division-wide Knowledge Management (KM) strategy and manage information architecture
  • Analyze customer feedback to inform digital service improvements and oversee implementation of e-services design
Required Qualifications
  • Seven years of relevant work experience in Customer Experience, Knowledge Management, or Technology Management
  • Experience in leadership roles, including Team Lead, Supervisory, or Managerial positions
  • Relevant secondary education in fields such as Business, Public Administration, or Information Technology
  • Demonstrated experience with Human-Centered Design and in a regulatory environment
  • Experience with KM tools and platforms, such as SharePoint or CRM systems
