Job Summary
As a full-time EdFacts Coordinator, the successful candidate will manage federal reporting leadership and data analysis for Colorado's education data, ensuring accurate collection, validation, and reporting while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the official liaison to the U.S. Department of Education for EdFacts and manage all data collections and submissions
- Analyze data requirements and ensure compliance with federal reporting standards while collaborating with various CDE program areas
- Support the biennial Civil Rights Data Collection and provide technical assistance to local education agencies for accurate data submission
Required qualifications:
- Three years of relevant experience in business analytics or data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Intermediate data reporting skills with a strong understanding of federal reporting requirements
- Proven project management skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate findings effectively
