Job Summary
Supporting the Vehicle Services Program, the full-time remote Colorado Executive Assistant will manage the director's email and schedule, coordinate public meetings, and assist with correspondence and presentations on behalf of the director.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the director's email and scheduling meetings as necessary
- Coordinating public meetings, including sending invitations, formulating agendas, and capturing minutes
- Assisting with the distribution of new policies and procedures and designing meeting materials
Required qualifications
- Five years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant, Program Coordinator, or similar role supporting management or director-level positions
- A combination of related education in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or similar fields and relevant experience totaling five years
- State experience in a high-volume, regulatory customer service environment is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Apps and Gmail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
