Job Summary

Supporting students and their families with financial aid processes, the full-time New Start Financial Aid Advisor will manage applications, eligibility, and awards while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, both onsite in Colorado and remotely in select states.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate financial aid packaging for new students, including Title IV funding and scholarships
• Maintain proactive communication with students through weekly outreach to guide them through the financial aid process
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to align enrollment and financial aid efforts for a smooth onboarding experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in Title IV aid administration
• Knowledge of financial aid regulatory requirements, including Title IV
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and financial aid software
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
