Job Summary
As a remote HR Leader, the full-time position will manage the full employee lifecycle, lead HR operations and compliance, and administer benefits programs while fostering a high-performance culture for a global team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR process improvements
- Lead HR operations and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and managing employee relations matters
- Administer and optimize benefits programs, serving as the primary resource for employee benefits education and enrollment
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR operations and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Experience supporting a distributed or global workforce and partnering with leadership on people-related initiatives
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Rippling, and using data to drive improvements
- Highly organized and proactive, with a balance of strategic thinking and execution in a fast-paced environment
