Job Summary

Providing technical support for the Child Care Automated Tracking System (CHATS) team, the contract Help Desk Support II will assist with end-user technical issues, manage incident tracking, and maintain documentation in a fully remote role based in Colorado.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with internal and external end-user technical support and incident management
  • Document, track, and monitor technical issues while ensuring correct priority and categorization
  • Communicate known issues and resolutions to users, providing updates on incident status
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM and Jira preferred
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time-sensitive projects
