Job Summary
Providing technical support for the Child Care Automated Tracking System (CHATS) team, the contract Help Desk Support II will assist with end-user technical issues, manage incident tracking, and maintain documentation in a fully remote role based in Colorado.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with internal and external end-user technical support and incident management
- Document, track, and monitor technical issues while ensuring correct priority and categorization
- Communicate known issues and resolutions to users, providing updates on incident status
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
- Experience in using Salesforce CRM and Jira preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time-sensitive projects
