Job Summary
Partnering with sales and account associates, the full-time Colorado Licensed Account Advisor will manage client relationships, support account growth and retention, and coordinate proposals while working in-office 1-2 days per week and remotely for the remainder.
Key responsibilities
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients and internal teams to meet client needs
- Manages proposal deadlines and coordinates deliverables with internal support partners
- Conducts meetings with brokers and clients to promote and drive sales opportunities
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sales license required where necessary or the ability to obtain within 60 days
- Experience in managing high-profile sales and benefit issues
- Ability to mentor and coach team members as a subject matter expert
- Strong knowledge of relevant products and services
