Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Representative to support the Surety Division's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type legal forms and invoice all surety bond transactions
  • Report surety bond documents to surety companies and maintain client and bond files
  • Assist the Surety Department Manager and Account Executives with various projects
Required Qualifications
  • Six months of related administrative experience is preferred
  • A Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products and other programs
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to complete projects
