Job Summary
Overseeing project-related accounting activities, the full-time Colorado Licensed Accountant will manage capital and non-capital projects, maintain fixed asset accounting, and support month-end financial reporting in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting for capital and non-capital projects, including cost tracking and expense recognition
- Maintain the fixed asset subledger and ensure compliance with internal controls related to fixed assets
- Prepare journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, focusing on project accounting and fixed assets
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP capitalization criteria
- Experience with fixed asset systems and ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday)
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities
