Job Summary

Managing the lifecycle bond compliance and overseeing capital projects, the full-time salaried Colorado Licensed Accounting Manager will supervise accounting staff, ensure accurate asset management, and maintain bond compliance while working in a hybrid schedule that includes both in-person and remote opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with internal procedures
  • Oversee capital project funding and reporting, ensuring compliance with state financial systems
  • Manage bond compliance, including timely payments and adherence to IRS regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of professional accounting experience and supervisory experience
  • Experience using an integrated financial system, preferably Workday
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and experience with reconciliations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
