Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions and Screening Consultant for a remote position in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedule to support high volume of inbound communications and schedule intake appointments
• Conduct initial screening assessments using SBIRT and motivational interviewing techniques
• Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate seamless intake appointments and contribute to team growth

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience in business development or admissions roles with a proven track record
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Required Colorado licensure or certification in behavioral health (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office
• High comfort level with technology, including EMR software and communication tools
