Colorado Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively within a team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of Colorado
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, with 3-5 years in insurance defense preferred
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
