Dedicated to advancing environmental justice, the Colorado Licensed Associate Attorney will work full-time in a hybrid role, focusing on litigation and advocacy to promote clean energy initiatives and address climate issues, while collaborating with senior attorneys in Denver.

Key responsibilities
  • Conducting legal and factual research to support litigation and administrative advocacy
  • Drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents for court and agency proceedings
  • Building relationships with clients, experts, and coalition partners to further environmental initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Law school graduate with 1-5 years of legal experience, admitted to or eligible for the Colorado State Bar
  • Strong commitment to environmental justice and public interest advocacy
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated research, analytical, and writing skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
